Laughing Club Gin is of such quality some prefer it with just ice, water and a twist to savour the mouth feel induced by small batch triple distillation in copper pot stills.
Preferred mixers: East Imperial Tonics; Fever Tree Tonic; Endeavour Tonic.
Gimlet!
Ingredients:
2 ounces (60ml) of LCG gin
1 ounce (30ml) lime juice
1 teaspoon confectioners’ sugar
Lime slices
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice cubes.
One by one, pour in the gin and lime juice. Add the confectioners’ sugar last.
Shake vigorously until condensation forms.
Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with lime slices.

Ingredients:
4 ounces (118ml) of LCG Gin
1 ounce (30 ml) Grand Marnier
1 ounce (30 ml) sweet Vermouth
1 ounce (30 ml) fresh lemon juice Lemon twist for garnish
Directions:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all the liquids. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
Serve chilled with lemon twist.
1928 Sea Breeze!
Ingredients:
2 ounces (60ml) of LCG gin
1/4 ounce (7ml) grenadine
3 ounces (90ml) fresh pink grapefruit juice, to top
Directions:
In a highball glass, add the gin and grenadine and stir.
Add ice and top with pink grapefruit juice.
